PADI Master Scuba Diver

The highest non-professional rating for divers, this rating puts you in the diving elite showing your extensive education and levels of experience and ability. Every diver should be encouraged to achieve what is often considered the “black belt” of scuba diving.

What’s involved? Once you have completed the Rescue Diver course, 5 specialties of your choice and have logged 50 dives you are eligible to apply for this rating.

The specialties are completely your choice. You can either opt to complete those you started on the advanced course (remember the dives of the advanced are the first dives of the corresponding specialty) or you can indulge in something completely different if your interests have changed.

Duration: Variable

Prerequisites: To reach this level you must complete all levels of diver training including Rescue Diver, Emergency First Response and 5 PADI Specialty courses as well as having a minimum of 50 logged dives.
